Prelude.  1890 ~ rural Georgia.

Here it is - the beginning of my novel, The River Charmer.  This section is very short (2.5 minutes).  It introduces Gilmer Stuart and the woman he will become obsessed with, Lily Marvel.  This is a work in progress, so I will appreciate your comments very much.

As I am learning about podcasts, I also would appreciate feedback on the quality of the podcast.  Is downloading easy?  Can you hear it clearly?
